Bella Luna French Dip

Bella Luna French Dip

If you have not taken the time to stop by Bella Luna Pizzeria in Suquamish and try their french dip with bread that they bake themselves, you are missing out on a mouth watering experience.  They serve the best pizza in the area and excellent pasta dishes, salads and more.

Suquamish Dock

After satisfying your taste buds, a stroll down the new Suquamish dock makes for a perfect way to spend some time enjoying the views of the Puget Sound.

What a view from Apple Tree Point

While visiting friends on Apple Tree Point on one of those hot summer days, we took this photo looking across the sound to Whidbey Island. Since we live in such a dynamic area it is important to get out and enjoy our beaches and water recreation. This particular part of Puget Sound offers a fantastic view of the shipping lanes which includes, at about 5 pm daily, the cruise ships passing by on their way to Alaska. What with all the clamming, drift wood and shell gathering, fishing, walking in the sand, and wading in the water – well, what a wonderful summer we have had this year in Puget Sound.

Kingston Middle School, a good place to exercise

Their track is a good place to walk and 4 times around makes a mile.

The newly groomed track at the school is one of the best places to walk. Four times around makes a mile, plus all the bunnies are fun to watch. The side trail off the track goes through the woods to the new high school. Soon the quiet will be gone and it will be buzzing with activity.
